While Mr. Johnston manager of Bay City Laundry may not understand how Grander Technology works, he knows it definitely does since he has saved 43% in chemicals.

“Prior to installation, I had bench marked my rewashes at 1-2% at the lowest chemical setting I was comfortable with over the previous 4 months,” Mr Johnston explains.

“At the end of May, I noticed we had far more chemical left in stock than I had budgeted for. This was when I realized we must have altered chemical usage settings by more than the original 10%.”

Mr. Johnston then decided to analyze the percentage they decreased in chemical usage. “The result: - a 43% reduction in chemical usage and no increases in rewashes,” he said.

“Grander Water Treatment units should be seriously considered for all industrial laundries,” he said, and an added bonus was a reduction in my chemical usage for my boiler operation by 50%.”
