While Nestle has a no endorsement policy, Tony McHugh, mechanical services team leader wanted to give his personal endorsement after experiencing Grander Technology first hand.

“Most of the machines were heavily rusted in the water jacket which surrounds the machine causing the jackets to leak in the past and impede heat transfer,” he said. “Chemical treatment is difficult and costs are high.”

“Eight weeks after a Grander System was installed the unit was again opened, inspected and photographed. A significant lessening of the corrosion was evident and when distributed were found to be quite loose. There were areas of metal with no corrosion and a dark blue colour indicating passivating was occurring.”

“I have to confess I was very skeptical before and during the trial.
I can now see the positive results and have begun to survey my site
to determine the best way we can put this technology to further use.”
